Frequently Asked Questions

Is bedding and bed linen provided?
Yes. Duvets/Covers/Sheets/Pillows/Pillowcases are all provided and included in the cost of your holiday.

Do I need to bring my own towels and tea towels? 
We do not provide towels, however do provide a tea towel/washing up liquid/and a toilet roll.

What time can we check in and what time do we have to leave?
Check in is from 3pm on the day of arrival and you must vacate you accommodation by 10am on your day of departure.

Is there a washing machine available on site?
Yes

Is there car parking available?
Yes there is space for 1 car per flatlet.

Can I smoke in the flatlet?
No. It is against the law to smoke in our flatlets, we kindly ask that you respect this and smoke outside.

Do you have public internet access at The Victorian Lodge?
Yes. We provide a free Wi-Fi service but may have a rare occasion when this may not be available.

Are pets allowed to come on holiday with us?
Small pets are allowed in certain flatlets with prior arrangement for a small fee.
