Cancellation Policy If you should need to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as possible by letter or email. The letter must be signed (where possible) by the person who made the booking. Cancellation charges are calculated as follows from the date your written instructions are received:
All deposits are non-refundable
More than 28 days notice - loss of deposit 28 days or less - 100% of holiday cost
